Walked in with my daughter who deals with chronic bronchitis and asthma who has a bad cough for a week and the last two nights(last night in particular) she has had troubles breathing at night and hasn’t slept much in two nights due to feeling like she can’t breathe. She usually has albuterol and so I brought here here to hopefully get a breathing treatment and see if we could get a prescription of albuterol to gap her until she could see her primary and before I could even fully explain what was going on the Asian gentleman with the glasses at the front desk decided he was going to teach me what an emergency was for and say they are not an urgent care they are an emergency room and did I know where I was. Honestly a horrible experience to get a breast Ultrasound! I was unable to get my results burned on a disc for 2 weeks due to their machines being down. And the previous week before that I came in the radiologist lied to me and told me over the phone "results are ready." When I arrived at the hospital the front receptionist informed me the radiologist working was having trouble burning my results on a disc. Smfh you can't make this up! I recommend not coming here if you're going in for a breast ultrasound. Other than that the staff, doctors were all friendly and hospital is clean. Just some of the staff are incompetent of doing their jobs!!! Do not lie to people! Wish they could pay me for my time lost

Dr. Mann is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. He has an extremely horrible personality and should not ever be practicing medicine! He left me in tears for bringing all my family in after an MVA. He would also ask questions and follow up with a rude comments. He also put false information on his dictated notes from our visit! Also front desk person which I didn’t get her name cause her badge wasn’t on properly was also extremely rude acting like it was an issue for all of us to be seen. However Joanna who was at the front desk assisting to get us all checked in was extremely nice and showed she actually cared more than the actual doctor did! I wouldn’t recommend this Er to anyone and I will make sure to let all family and friends know to never come here!

Clean, professional and caring. The medical staff is so friendly, attentive and thoughtful. I've randomly been there twice this week; both times were as pleasant as could be (under the circumstances).

All I have to say is that Heather, Luke, and Dr. B ARE THE BEST!!! Great service, no wait... just the best ER experience. Not that I've had many but I will always go to dignity health if I need to go to an ER. Thank you Dignity!
