All excellent nurses, as well as some very terrible few. The nurses I felt were so dedicated to their job whether they were busy shift short or just have a very stressful day. They did not let the patience on. they were cheerful, ever present and amenable to me. The few that were terrible were that, terrible! One night I was kept in soil Linens for two and a half hours and called on the nurses station three times. Finally I had to have my brother from home call up the nurses station, who came down to my room and made sure that my nurse, for that night, took care of the problem. Another nurse said she was busy she didn't appreciate PT not putting me back to bed, she was there to do my vitals change my linens at the same time my pulmonary doctor, was trying to explain all the ins and outs of

The Physicians, RNs and all staff were highly skilled, knowledgeable, encouraging. The communication from all team members was exceptional. They provided information of every phase and treatment and eager to answer question. The experience at St. Bernardine made a crisis less stressful knowing the I was receiving the best care. Thank you.

I delivered my beautiful baby girl here on 12/30/2025. I had a great experience at the labor and delivery. Even though they were short staffed, my nurses were amazing and attentive. The suite I got were both cleaned and well kept. It was nice and quiet. Also, when it came to delivering, my team was amazing. Dr. Nadine Lyseight is truly exceptional and a wonderful OB. Thank you to the nurses, Doctor, anesthesiologist that helped make my delivery experience a great one.

Welcoming staff in check in! Father had a procedure done and had to call back to see if he was ready to be discharged and got transferred three times, first time got transferred to the ICU and when I gave my dad’s information to whoever was one the phone, she said “I can guarantee he’s not in here.” While laughing. Okay? Not what I asked you for lol. My dad just had a heart procedure and you’re laughing. Just give me my dad’s info and if you don’t have it, great! Transfer me to someone who DOES know and won’t catch an attitude 1 second into a phone call😍 other than that great! If you don’t like picking up phones that interrupt your gossiping on the job (in the ICU mind you) and talking to people tho maybe get another job?

I was at this facility for an outpatient double hernia surgery which was assisted. Everybody at the early morning reception desk was very helpful and the procedure was done on time. Someone from dignity called me a few days before to make sure all the payment stuff was settled so that we didn’t have to hassle with that the morning of the surgery. The facility seemed clean and was a little cold but that was OK. It looked like they had some good robotic equipment in the operating room. I would not hesitate for me to go back there as it was a good experience in the procedure was successful
