Dignity Health - Sequoia Hospital

The Hospital was quiet that morning, so they were running in and out of my room, running test on me, i love the staff they are all so helpful. They really want to get u in and out. This paramedic name Andrew was very helpful to me. He went above and beyond. My Dr Del Rossi Elizabeth Md was great too. I’m on the right medications and resting. Thank u so much for everyone who came into my room and help me. They are all so kind and helpful workers Even my primary called up to the Er and told them I was coming.

I underwent pre-op preparation and then was admitted for total hip replacement surgery at Sequoia Hospital. The facility is very conveniently located off of Hwy101. Parking was very easy. The facility was beautiful, clean and easy to navigate. The care provided to me at every step of the process was well organized, very friendly and very efficient. Staff including everyone from Total Joint Navigator to the anesthesiologist to the dietary worker were very caring. Shout out to Dietary for providing me with safe, excellent gluten free meals to accommodate my Celiac disease. I would choose Sequoia Hospital again without hesitation.

I went there for total knee joint replacement and like anything major, there is a roadmap leading to the finale. All bases were covered regarding my total health picture, and when in doubt, they followed up and performed necessary work to ensure I was prepared for the operation. Beginning to end, All Staff, was highly knowledgeable, courteous, professional, kind and aware of my needs, which they monitored throughout! I wholeheartedly recommend Sequoia Dignity Hospital to anyone in need of medical attention!

I had surgery at Sequoia Hospital, and it was a great experience from arrival through discharge. All the staff were excellent, especially the nursing staff in the recovery room—they were extremely helpful, attentive, and caring. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the quality of care I received.

I spent 5 days at Sequoia Hospital in a room just opposite the 2nd floor nurses’ station. I want to be that specific, because the care I had from that group of nurses and aides was so wonderful. I am 81 years old and have been in my share of hospitals over the years, but my experience at Sequoia was the best, by far. Every single one of the people who helped me were consummate professionals, but even more important, they were loving and caring human beings who always had time to answer my questions in addition to taking care of my many physical needs. I have told many friends of my outstanding experience and will continue to sing Sequoia’s praises—they deserve it!
