This clinic likely caused me worsening infertility and led me to a $900 bill for basic annual bloodwork (cbc, metabolic profile, etc) that they refused to help resolve. Every issue I brought up was a shrugged off. - I went in for my first visit with NP Damschroder and she made it her personal mission to help me have a child, telling me I was “running out of time”… I came in for knee pain. Fearful and against my better judgment, I let her prescribe me birth control to “reset my hormones”. I now have amenorrhea, and cannot get my cycle to start despite many different treatments. - I advised Damschroder that I had a previous diagnosis of PCOS. She recommended I get an ultrasound. Dr Alessi was supose to code my Labs as having a condition medically nessasary. As he always had done in the past. Four month's of trying to get the coding corrected ,And his office staff repeatedly saying Dr Alessi himself says the codes are correct, And blaming the lab. Two sets of Labs totalling over $2300.00 And a referral i was given that i was never made aware of.And so much more. Four months later A phone call from Dr Alessi himself ended with im not sure theres anything we can do for you. I'm questioning the oth Dr Alessi took.

As someone who works as a HVACR/Refrigeration tech time is money, time away from job is time away from family. I do not have the luxury of dropping a job in the middle of it to come to an appointment so I have to miss precious hours or even start my day late to make it to these appointments. This is the 3rd time I have scheduled with this location and each time they tell me it is for a different time! I schedule in my calender as im on the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the most inconsiderate incompetent staff I havebever encountered!!!!!!!!!! Your lack of empathy and urgency is appalling at best!!!! Not once have you tried to resolve my issue not once have you tried to help the situation!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely would NOT recommend Shelly Damschroder or this office. I had an appt scheduled for this morning and they canceled it without notifying me at all. The appt was to get my blood work results. I than asked them to just print out my results and that is all I needed. The staff told me they would not give me my results until I spoke with the doctor. Well, I already had an appt but they decided to cancel it WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. I than tried to go onto the portal to print them myself but it wouldn't work so I went back to ask for help, only to be greeted with Shelly yelling at me and telling me that I am harassing her and the staff and that she will not give me my results or help me with the portal. This is not okay and it is illegal to withhold a patients blood results.

Fantastic facility and great staff. I really appreciate the outstanding care I have received the DO and assistants. I love these folks!
