Dignity Health Kids Care Clinic - Merced, CA

My daughters have been patients here for almost 4 years .. I was very happy, the providers and staff are great. But when it comes to filling out paperwork for school/ child care they take their sweet time .. Yes, I don't expect it to be done the next day or the day after. I initially, requested a copy of their physical so I could transfer them from school and get them in an after-school program because I was seeking employment.. I went in 3 weeks later and they did not have my copies. Then they said I needed a specific form. So, I went to the school district. The lady there said that all I needed was a copy of the chart notes. I explained what Kidscare clinic now requested and she said just to use the same form for childcare. In that time, I have found employment and need my daughters

Made my appointment and they prescribe me a prescription and then I tried to go get my medicine from Walgreens and then they needed a code and they still have me waiting I keep calling their transfer me and no one is answering pick another doctor to go to. This is a horrible place to go through.

Specialists here can give two craps about medical patients. Dont even know why you would need to go here with concerns if their objective is to get you out the door as soon as possible.

Always attentive to my kiddo been going since she was 1..she's now 9..
