My father has had these expensive hearing aids for just over 1 years. Neither one is working any longer. I've been calling all 3 offices. Williamsport, Selingsgrove and Potsville for a week. There is no answer or return call
The one hearing aid would only stay charged for 5 hours, I took it back and was told it would be replaced and returned to me in 2 weeks, it’s over 3 weeks and I still don’t have it. If I had it to do over, I would get another brand. For the price I paid, I expect better quality and service. 7 weeks from the day I called, finally got it back
Bought my hearing aids a year ago and went back today just to have them checked and also had a couple of questions. Emil was, as usual, very helpful and also uploaded up to date software. Emil is always friendly and I would recommend Digital Hearing Aid Systems. I am very pleased with my hearing aids and the service that is provided.
I went to NuEar Hearing Center inSelinsgrove to see it I could get my hearing aid ajusted.I. Could not ask for better treatment. He ajusted my hearing aids and made sure they worked like they should . I got my hearing aids from the VA in lebanon and he still took care of me. Thank you helping me out.you saved me a trip to the VA. .
