This office is completely unprofessional. The doctor does not show up for work, and patients are not notified when the office decides to close for the day. While searching for a doctor who specializes in digestive health, I found Dr. William Scott DiGiacomo. Their website specifically instructs patients to book appointments through ZocDoc, which I did—for an 8:00 a.m. appointment. Everything appeared to be confirmed. A week later, I drove over an hour to the office, only to arrive and find it closed. When I called the office, I reached a voicemail stating that they open at 10:00 a.m. How was I allowed to schedule an 8:00 a.m. appointment if the office supposedly does not open until 10? This alone is unacceptable. I waited outside for two hours, and the office never opened. At 10:00 a.m.,

I feel like my doctor really just cares about making money, getting me in and out the door as fast as possible. Starts with I'm perfectly healthy but I have to point out the ulcer in my rectum, a swollen thromobosed hemorrhoid, vitamin D deficiency. I started to ask questions to go more depth like will the ulcer ever go away? Or what do I do to make it go away? He took a deep breath like I'm an inconvenience. Is it so bad to ask a specialists questions about my health issues while he charges like $300 an hour? I just want a doctor that cares about my health, I'm in pain, afraid, and worried. UPDATE*** it was infected! Had to go to the ER this morning.
