I have been a patient of Dr. Zongalas for 20+ years, because of my and my wife's age ( 84 and 81, she is a patient of Dr. Wilkinstein's - who she is very found of ), requested I be changed to her doctor ( which was refused ). You would have thought I had filed a complaint with the Texas Medical Board. Unitil I the decisin was made and I was reaccepted by Dr. Zongalas - I was blocked from seeing any doctor in the group. I had an appointed to discuss my issue in 2 weeks after making the change request ( which was 5 weeks after I called for an appointment ), I was denied the appointment, and had to wait an additional 5 weeks after the change request denial to get an appointment in Dec. Dr Anna and her Team are the best. I’ve seen many Gastroenterologists in my day due to underlying issues. It took me a while to find the right Doctor that is a perfect fit and Dr. Gonzales and her Tesm are now stuck with me forever!

***Please be aware that they *decline new patients* if you tell them that you want to *SELF PAY for the first appointment*. You are only worthy of appointment when you give them your insurance information. That phone call told me everything I needed to know about this organization. Giving you my BCBS info before service is ridiculous.

Dr. Dural has an excellent bedside manner and his entire staff was exceptional. I’ve been in healthcare for over 20 years and know very well how important it is to have a warm and friendly support team. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I highly recommend them.

The whole office is kind and dedicated to their patients. Dr. Xavier is great and very attentive and made on an ongoing digestive issue i was having for months improve drastically!
