The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They take the time to answer questions and explain medications clearly without making you feel rushed. Prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately, and they’re always willing to go the extra mile to help with insurance or finding the best price. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent service and trustworthy care!

Outstanding Care. Dr Jeff Gonzalez is awesome. My colonoscopy was scheduled for 1120. It began at 11:40 literally no way time the staff and everyone was amazing. Highly recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Dr. Nilda Herrera at this gastro office was not just disappointing it was traumatizing. I came in for help after a positive H. pylori test, and I BEGGED her to listen when I explained that strong antibiotics make me severely ill. I even told her about a serious episode in 2023 where I ended up with liver and pancreas issues from Augmentin. But instead of taking my concerns seriously or considering safer options, she prescribed Boquezna a “new treatment” that basically felt like poison. 3,000 mg of amoxicillin a day for 14 days. Who prescribes that to someone who clearly said they react badly to antibiotics?! After just three days, I was rushed to the hospital with moderate acute pancreatitis. I spent four miserable days there, terrif

Better than my last gastroenterologist. Had more testing done with blood and colonoscopy done to try to figure out what is causing my symptoms of upper and lower GI symptoms that led me to under eating due to pressure at upper fullness. The tests all came back normal, but I don't like how my symptoms were blamed on stress and anxiety. If they were, my mirtazapine should have worked. My physical symptoms were caused by my low testosterone as determined by my nurse practitioner at my doctor's office. After getting on testosterone replacement therapy, the upper fullness feeling has gone away and I have gained weight again showing that it was not anxiety causing my issues. Please understand, just because your patients have anxiety while having medical issues, it doesn't mean their anxiety

The worst customer service I've seen in a while. I can only speak for the billing and the medical records department. They are very little help and you can just tell they don't even care to help. They're go to is always "call back or we will call you back". When I asked about a timeline to give them a call back or expect their call, they said there is no timeline and they were leaving at 12 mid-day on Friday so they could not give me a time frame for my medical records request (basically telling me hey we're about to leave so we'll take care of your issue when we get there) Also, when I asked about billing, they automatically transferred me to billing without saying anything. although most of the people working there are very nice (nurses, docs & reception) These few people have managed to
