I’ve had several interactions with Brandy at the MD's office, and unfortunately, I’ve found her to be consistently rude and short-tempered. Each time I’ve reached out, she’s seemed impatient and dismissive, which has made it difficult to get the assistance I need. I understand that everyone can have off days, but this behavior has been a repeated issue, and it’s impacted my experience negatively. I hope the office can address this and improve customer service moving forward.
