Diane McNeil is by far one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate Nurse Practioners I've seen over the last ten years. Being diagnosed with Crohn's disease at an early age, she's always teaching me how to manage this disease along with the level of stress that comes along it and life as well. Not to mention, she answers question totally unrelated to my visits and goes the extra mile to follow up with me on these matters. I love her bedside manner and honesty as I have depended on her to keep me healthy and that she has done thus far. I would recommend Diane McNeil to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, caring and dedicated Physician.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! I’m in such shock of how I just got spoken to by Dr Brittany nurse. She basically cussed me out and called me a liar. Over a medication that Brittany prescribed on Friday that I don’t even want to be on. What office doesn’t check the patients file and knows the background of the issue before calling and talking to the patient in a professional manner. I’m outraged by this disturbing phone call I just received. I’ve been a patient since moving from Oklahoma. I love Dr Tucker and his professionalism. But in order to get in the last 2 times I had to see Brittany. I just can’t believe this office allows this. Unbelievable and very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor if you want to be treated like a human being should be treated. Find a compassionate Dr.

I would provide 0 stars if possible for Diane McNeil, NP. I LOVE Dr. Tucker who is 5+ stars for me. I have been sick off and on for about 6 weeks. It’s been a fluctuating situation and very odd. It got worse and my BP went way up so I decided to go in and see McNeil on 10/5/2022 because Dr. Tucker was full. She was HORRIBLE. I was feeling too bad to argue with her. She had absolutely no compassion or empathy. She spoke down and condescending to me. I’m under quite a bit of stress due to moving, seeking a home and work. Typical life stuff. She ask some questions about my meds and tried to say I was NOT taking them. I said yes ma’am I take them every day at about 8 am. So she just turned on me and said it was stress and anxiety, and I need to figure out How to JUST deal with it and That she

I see dr Diane. She is the sweetest and actually listens and is not afraid to tell you what you need to do/change. Hands down one of the best Dr's out there.
