Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign

I regret having my braces done with this organization. The office staff who's directly involved with the braces are excellent, however, the customer service is very poor. I was scheduled for an appointment at incorrect location on 1/15 without being informed and only to find the location closed. I asked to speak to a supervisor on the same day and no one got back to me as of 2/3. Customer service goes a very long way and should be a priority in any organization. Right now, I just want to go there and remove the braces and end the relationship.

Since I started going, always a 10 out of 10 experience . Professionalism, great customer service and no questions are left unanswered . The bathroom needs some work but other than that.. great!!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. 1st off when treatment started they said I would get 20 aligners .. when I got up to 10 they said my treatment time was over and I would have to pay extra for the additional. I had to appeal and was given 5 more aligners..even though they originally said 20. When I asked to see the careplan they kind of gave me the run around but then I mentioned getting a lawyer. I got my retainer in November of 2025, It's January I now need a top replacement retainer (requesting for myself) & now they are telling me I need to come in for a new scan because they don't keep any of the scans. It's only been less than 3 months since I received my retainer what do you mean you don't have the scan?... Stay away from this establishment.

The dental technician (I'm not sure the title) did an excellent job on my adjustments. She cleaned the areas of my teeth which are hard to get to with the braces. She asked me if there were any areas I felt poking and took care of one area I noticed. I left with no pain and satisfied.

Melissa was amazing ! Made this process simple and easy for me. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Made me feel comfortable from the beginning
