Was very good! Very quick with getting us in actual seats and going through the steps of what they are doing. Also able to speak English and Spanish and help explain things clearly, also very nice people! :)

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I honestly have a huge trust issue when it comes to chain companies or even doctors. But Natalia the treatment coordinator was SO welcoming soon as we came in the through door. NO wait time, they called my daughter in as soon as it hit her appointment time. The technicians were clear and patient with her and the doctor was clear on the personalized recommended tx. Natalia worked with us when it came to the financial aspect. It was not hard at all to make a decision to go with this office , AND they started tx the same day. My daughter was SO happy here and so am I.

What a great experience. It felt so easy to make my decision. From the front desk to the consultation very nice and professional. Informative and clean. You just want to be there. Thank you to the Diamond Braces Group. Especially thank you to Valeria, Natalia, and Carla. They really helped me with my daughters new journey.

The service was terrible, and it took almost two hours to be seen. They have terrible customer service, and their professionalism is absolutely disgusting.The service experienced was exceptionally slow, with an unacceptable wait time of nearly two hours. This lengthy delay significantly impacted the overall customer experience. The provided customer service was notably poor, failing to meet basic expectations. Furthermore, the professional conduct observed during the interaction was disappointing. Addressing these critical areas is essential for improving future service delivery.

I love the service in this place their friendly well paced environment.everyone here makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. And most of all they give my son a beautiful smile
