We arrived, did our paperwork and was seen right after. No extended waiting. The receptionist was polite and gave clear instructions. The examination was quick, my kids had no complaints. Elizabeth was very accommodating She explained all the options as it relates to braces , insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses. I was grateful for the upfront conversation about the payments; so I didn’t have a hidden cost later. The payment plan was great for us too. It was a great experience for myself and my kids.

Very clean office and environment at the Avenue U location. Elizabeth, at the front desk was friendly and helpful. All of my daughter’s follow up braces appointments are always smooth.
