My son had his 18 month wellness visit with Dr. Barsam Gharagozlou, who recently took over Dr. Ryan Tracy’s office. Our appointment was at 10:00 AM, and as his first patient of the day, we waited over 30 minutes for the doctor to arrive. When he finally entered, he did not introduce himself, asked a brief question about my child, and then stepped out to take a phone call. We waited several more minutes before my boyfriend asked the nurse practitioner how much longer it would be, and he replied, “Then leave,” so we did. While speaking with the front desk, I could hear the doctor laughing on his call. If it had been an emergency, I would have understood, but laughing shows a lack of respect and professionalism toward his patients. It’s unfortunate since we always had great experiences with

We are very happy with our doctor Dr. Barsam Gharsgozlou with excellent service and care and much better customer service from the previous group were with for our kids. Our doctor is awesome and has excellent knowledge and discover asthma that we didn’t know before.

Ever since the change in ownership, this practice is no longer what it used to be. The Medical Assistants are rude and unprofessional. The doctor and the nurse practitioners are always turning over and are not half the care provider Dr. Ryan Tracy was. Overbooked, short with responses, not very informative or communicative.

I have been taking my grandchildren here for past couple of months and let me tell you best decision I have ever made not only can I get next day appointment's even same day the doctors are very caring my grandkids are getting the best care these doctors care about our babies my granddaughter had probably the worst eczema he had ever seen first thing he said I'm gonna help her and yes he did he prescribed her medicine right away we started seeing a big difference he also referred her to a dermatologist all of this is life changing she has gotten so much better she has even returned to school I cried that day after dropping her off the doctors take what they do seriously and give the best care I have ever experienced and there staff the ladies in front are awesome they on it they all work t

My daughters doctor is a good doctor. The staff there however. Two different incidents have occurred that are both upsetting and unsettling. The lack of care towards patients(children) is deplorable. So we had our 1 year olds appt set for MONTHS. ANd the day before the appointment I got a phone call stating the doctor is away on vacation and won’t be back for a week. Which is cool. Drs deserve vacations. But calling a patients mother the day before when she’s already rearranged her schedule to be there on the following day is ridiculous. And then after they cancelled didn’t try to reach out to reschedule the appointment. I had to call back for 4 weeks before someone finally scheduled the appointment after being rude to me when I said I was frustrated it’s been a month and I had to get upse
