Ignore the clearly fake positive reviews on Google. They do not reflect the reality of how this dermatologist treats patients. My own experience with Dr. Noelle T.D. Chiu was incredibly upsetting and unprofessional. This guy should NOT have his dermatology license. When I finally got in for my appointment, he barely let me get a word out. I tried to explain what was going on with my skin, but he kept cutting me off mid-sentence as if I was wasting his time. The moment I asked a follow-up question, he acted irritated and accused me of being “difficult.” I couldn’t believe a doctor would talk to a patient that way. Everyone working at this office is unprofessional, and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical practice. The staff was rude and dismissive, and Dr. Chiu himself was even worse. I left wondering how he’s even allowed to be a dermatologist. He showed no care, no professionalism, and no respect for patients. If you’re thinking about coming here, beware of Dr. Chiu. There are plenty of dermatologists who actually listen and treat their patients with dignity. This is NOT one of them

Horrible Experience with Dr. Noel TD Chiu at Diablo Dermatology I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a medical professional at Diablo Dermatology. Dr. Noel Chiu was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I reached out for help with a small first-degree burn that left a scar, thinking a dermatologist could help. Instead, I was treated with condescension and disrespect from the moment he got on the phone. He wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences or explain my concern. He talked over me, made me feel extra stupid for asking questions, and acted like my situation wasn’t worth his time. He said he wouldn’t take my money, even though I have Blue Anthem insurance. My experience with Dr. Noel was terrible. I was degraded during treatment and left in pain, and now my skin looks worse than before. It feels like retaliation rather than care. I’m currently looking into legal options because no patient should be treated this way

I can’t say enough about how well I have treated by Dr. Chiu! If you want an extremely professional dermatologist who specializes in dermatology and is very thorough, this is the Doctor you need to see! I have been going to Diablo Dermatology for years…
