DHR Health Heart Institute - Cardiovascular Surgery

My husband and I recently visited his cardiologist’s office and, unfortunately, were seen by his rude physician assistant. During the appointment, I attempted to ask several questions regarding my husband’s condition and our concerns, but the PA repeatedly ignored me and continued speaking without acknowledging my questions. My husband was not feeling well at the time, and his discomfort was also disregarded. We were very disappointed by the lack of professionalism, communication, and compassion shown during this visit. Patients and their families deserve to be treated with respect and attentiveness, especially in a cardiology setting. I sincerely hope this matter is addressed to ensure better patient care in the future.

Had my appointment at 4pm. It’s currently 7:11pm and the doctor has not seen me. The clinic closed at 5pm yet they started calling patients with 4pm appointments around 4:30pm. All three front desk assistants have left, 2 left around 5pm and the last one just left at 7:10 pm. The front desk assistants mentioned that the doctor takes long because he’s a doctor at another DHR hospital so he’s always running late. There’s currently about 5 patients in here with me. I don’t understand how a clinic can close at a certain time (5pm) yet leave its patients waiting so long after closing. Remind you, I had an appointment at 4pm and came in at 3:45pm and am still here waiting, it’s 7:15pm. Don’t come here, it gets overly full, when I arrived there were no seats. This place is a joke, the "doctor" is a quack who sends his PA to do his bidding, usually a 2 minute conversation telling patients "there's no use getting diagnosed for something that doesn't have a cure" Had my wife wait 4 hours just to sigh off on a release form allowing her to get dental work. Of course they milked the situation and told her she needed to be checked and insurance ran despite already doing so a month prior. Also Going to file a complaint for sexual harassment because he touched my wife's leg inappropriately and laughed at her.

This place sucks the doctors that work here don't treat patients rigth there always running late or on emergency calls the front office workers say or on vacation always the same thing and or there in lectures in college they don't care if u have a appointment or been here waiting for a long time they just say to you well his running late this place esucks and doctors here too.
