DFW Foot and Ankle Care - Dr. Zubeen Mistry

I had pain in the bottom of my heel for two months. It was very painful to run. I saw Dr. Mistry and he explained what to do to stretch out my calf muscle. I was prescribed a brace and insoles for my shoes. Within a few weeks the pain was almost gone. It’s now a month and I can run again. I wish I had gone to see him earlier! Thank you !

We have used Dr. Mistry for years and have referred others to him. My daughter injured her ankle recently. Dr. Mistry diagnosed her and prescribed her medicine. The front office sent the script to the wrong pharmacy. After several phone calls to pharmacies and the front office, we got my daughter the meds almost 4 days later. At a followup, Dr. Mistry ordered an MRI. The front office handled that and the MRI office called with some proposed dates. When I got the bill, it was out of network and cost hundreds more than it would have in-network. We went for a second followup on 11/3/2025. Dr. Mistry ordered physical therapy. A PT office did call me but I asked if they took my insurance and they did not. Then I had to call Mistry's office and suggest some providers. Today is 11/14/2025. A

I saw Dr. Mistry for a painful heel issue, and he was incredible from start to finish. He actually listened, explained what was going on in a way that made sense, and gave me a treatment plan that worked faster than I expected. He’s knowledgeable, thorough, and has one of the best bedside manners I’ve ever experienced. If you’re dealing with any heel problems, I highly recommend Dr. Mistry! You’ll be in great hands.

I met Dr. Mistry in the hospital, where you don't have a lot of choice in which doctor you get. I feel fortunate that I got a doc who knows his business and is efficient in dealing with my needs. Dr Mistry and his staff have always been kind to me and I am continuing to get great results.

I came to Dr. Zubeen for a severe foot pain on the top of my foot. I was so stressed it was a stress fracture from working out but he put me at ease in our first appointment after an Xray and explaining it’s what’s called a neuroma. I did 2 cortisone shots and it felt amazing after. Always hearing horror stories about doctors misdiagnosing or wanting to do surgery so quickly I was more than thrilled by his quick thonging and diagnosis. He was professional and kind and made me feel so comfortable. His staff went above and beyond to make me feel seen and heard as well. I never waited long at all (which we all know that’s can happen). Overall I was so impressed and will send any family and friends in his direction! Thank you again DR Zubeen and staff!
