Worst company i have ever purchased from. Did not send me the quantity of items i purchased. Mike was rude and basically called me a liar when i tried to get them to send me what I paid for. Very very poor customer service, When the goods are out of stock, they will fill in the shipping note to make the customer misunderstand that the goods have been successfully sent. Final when the goods have not been received on the set date, the customer repeatedly checks to indicate that they will said there is no inventory. When I promised to cancel the transaction, I never received a refund. It has been almost two months until now, and I have not been able to contact customer service staff.

First I ordered 4 Opalescence and got 2 packages but they did refund the difference,. Next two of my syringes broke and when I contacted the store I was told I was passed 30 days. I wrote back and said you can't use all the syringes within 30 days. They informed me that their policy was 30 days only and now I am 2 syringes short.

They sent wrong products and I was told I would have to pay return shipping 😐

Very poor customer service. Do not deal with this company.
