I have had all three Dexa scans, RMR and VO2 max done here. Kelly is awesome! The facility is clean. The equipment and methodology is top notch. I was able to build an effective weight loss and muscle retention protocol using all the data provided. This approach worked great and I have gone from 23% to 15% body fat and gained 20lbs of lean muscle mass.

Absolutely loved my experience here! I was in town for the weekend and dropped by to get a Dexa Scan! Kelly was super friendly and informative, and the facility was very clean! Booking online was super easy as well. You get so much health information in a Dexa Scan-body fat, visceral fat, lean mass, and more! It is truly worth doing at least a few times a year! I got a DEXA Fit scan, and it was a good experience, it was on time, I was greeted cordially, everything was clean, the office is nice, and Kelly was friendly. She broke down the numbers from the scan, following the scan, which was nice. And then they send you a PDF of your results and also you can download an app and track if you’re doing multiple scans overtime, which I think is a really nice feature. I’m looking forward to going back after eight weeks to see my body recomp results. -Kali

Kelly was awesome. Kept me motivated during the VO2max test which helped me really push myself to my peak. She’s knowledgeable and walked we the what to expect for the RMR, Dexa and VO2max. She went through the reports in detail so so that I felt comfortable with my results. Now I know what to focus on to reach my health and fitness goals.
