DeVun Veterinary Medical Hospital

We've taken our dogs to them prolly since they opened in 2005 and this place is amazing. Our last dog, a maltise, lived to 19.5 years old. As tough as it was with him passing away, without Devun, he prolly wouldnt have made it to 19.5. Our dog now, who is 5, is also a maltise, and Devun has continued to do a phenomenal job with him. They do any and everything they can for your pet and they show you how to take care of them in the best way. But the thing that means the most is that they care. They'll call you and check on your pet if they needed to give them medication. We're very lucky to have DeVun.

We have been using Dr. DeVun before he even had his practice here. He, by far is the greatest veterinarian ever! We have not had textbook pets either, and his determination, passion, and incredible knowledge has always led to the best possible outcomes, despite having very perplexing medical problems. Additionally, the staff is of the same caliber. Everyone in the practice is professional, dedicated, and very caring! I have recommended so many pet owners to Dr. DeVun; and after seeing him, they too, share this review. Dr. Jennifer Reeb has been one of the most caring and loving vets I have ever sent any of my animals to. The entire staff is incredible. Extremely knowledgeable and responsive with any concerns. I have 2 new puppies, and was going to a different vet when I first got them. After switching here, even my dogs know they are in good hands when we get there. They go above and beyond. If you are looking for the best place to bring your animal, this is it.

Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. John Devun is the most honest, caring, knowledgeable veterinarian, and the staff is great too (Anne, I’m looking at you!). I always get nervous with my mastiff around people that he’s not super familiar with, and they always handle him amazingly and do their best to put my mind at ease. I trust them unconditionally, and will never bring my pets anywhere else. And I live in New Orleans! But the drive is always worth the extraordinary care that they provide.
