The doctors are wonderful! However, The Office Manager is rude and unprofessional. When addressing a complaint that could’ve been handled within 5 minutes with a conversation empathy, I was instead met with judgment because I “allowed” my mother, newly diagnosed with mild cognitive decline to call the office herself. My complaint was that she was rude and unprofessional when speaking to my mother and denied hanging up in her face, then made a conflicting statement that my mother was not understanding her and She had already said what she had to say to her. She then proceeded to tell me how I should be taking care of my mother and what I should have done. My sole complaint was her attitude and professionalism. I specifically asked to speak to someone over her and the office staff continued

These doctors will not see you if you won’t give them your social security number. Even though all federal agencies and insurance companies no longer use it for identification number, they wouldn’t use any of my other id information numbers. I waited two months for this appointment and wish they would have said this when booking the appointment. If you’ve had fraud issues and don’t want to give it out, it doesn’t matter. The wait continues as I try and find another doctor. So much for having insurance and military id

Do yourself and favor and just go here. The staff is amazing and the doctor has great bedside manner. He’s just a good guy all around. Also, the prices are fair

I really like Dr. Daughtery, but hate waiting 90 minutes past my appointment time to see him.
