Detroit Medical Center Central Campus

This place was the worse for me. It was my very first visit I was not pleased at all. I had a 10:30am appointment but had to be there at 10:00am for paperwork. Transportation was late dropping me off at 10:05am and the Nurse at desk told me I couldn’t see the Doctor because I’m late. Terrible! Terrible pain management! You mean to tell me there’s no grace period?? That’s just low down and dirty it wasn’t my fault and she didn’t ask the Doctor if I can still see them. She acted like she was the owner and act like she was the boss. The DMC all together is just terrible in Detroit and how some of the Doctors treat African Americans like crap and some have offices in the metro area and don’t ever treat their patients like that in Novi like how they treat patients in Detroit. Good servic, polite, kind, thorough, professional, and helpful if you need me an emergency, it's worth going the extra mile to get your sevices here!

This is what I called the Professional Bldg. The valet parking is closed as of 7/6/22 so the free parking is to the left & I use that now. The entrance is good, people waiting for transportation, etc. I enjoy the circular entrance & tease my husband with it!! I give this an "A+" !! The security and valet desk staff are very polite & greet us every time. Since we both have doctors there, they see us often. It gets a bit busy in this area, but they keep the line moving. I give them a "B+" !! We take the elevator to our doctor's office & we check in. Our doctor & his staff is friendly & respectful. We're usually on time here since the pre-registration is done on your cell phone text messages. Then we're done, head to the elevator, get our parking ticket sticker, say goodbye to security & vale

This has nothing to do with the doctors or the nurses the people that are taking the calls for making appointments are very very rude very rude there is not been one time that I have called and they are not rude this is a hospital for children you're dealing with patience with children
