Being looked at like you're wasting their time is so off-putting when just the doctor/NP coming in the room is over $1,000. I didn't get what medication they gave me on my discharge paperwork either. It didn't work of course and thankfully my primary was quick in getting the correct medication before it was too late. Even the issues I had before was let go because I know what it's like dealing with "difficult/needy" clients. The thing is I wasn't being difficult and before you even go to the back you have to deal with a receptionist that is annoyed you made them work. Feeling like you're going to die and being treated like you should have never asked for help is just so beyond sad. I am even willing to pay the bill and every time they say it's not enough. Recently had surgery at this hospital, and I was very scared the whole time. However, every single person that I came in contact with was above and beyond amazing. Communication left absolutely no question unanswered, kindness was so above and beyond they were nicer to me than some of my family. Everybody was truly amazing. I met my entire team before surgery, and everybody spoke to me after. The nurses were so kind. And Dr Zamora did amazing with my surgery. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had. I truly appreciate them so much. It can be super scary when health issues happen so if you are in that unfortunate situation I 1,000,000% recommend this hospital. You absolutely could not be treated better.

My complaint is words & actions by the Dr, anesthesiologist, and nurses of my wife’s delivery. •Giving heavy consideration to the thought that the whole situation from the moment we walked in was like rounding up a cow into the chute… They get you there and don’t listen to MY WIFES birthing plan. Took papers and walked off with them, never to be seen again, when I showed to them upon entering her birthing room. (Still don’t have it. Our first born so we kept EVERYTHING!) •We wanted all natural but they refused to wait ANY LONGER (2 Hrs) and wanted to induce my wife. She cried and we pleaded and tried to be transparent…. BUT when a Dr says ,“ you can leave, but when you come back I WILL CUT YOU OPEN” that’s just cold, and plain immoral with some unprofessional wording. •Let’s move on.

This place is horrible I will only speak for the 4th floor of this hospital I pray to God no one’s family member ever has to deal with these people. No patience what so ever & my mom hardly got seen & they wondered why she was non compliant. I wouldn’t wish this treatment on my worst enemy. You reap what you sow & im going to leave it at that.

My son who is in a wheelchair not verbal had broken his leg. We took him to This ER, the Doctor sent him home.Come to find out he did have a broken leg for ten days. We go back to the hospital for them to confirm.Oh yeah, that's a broken leg.Should've got that 10 days ago.They were under prepared.Did not have the equipment they needed to repair a broken leg.Or put a boot on my son. As the other doctor had requested for them to do before he sees them this wednesday. They wrapped his leg in an ace bandage and only gave him kids tylenol for the pain. Told us to get to a nother Dr. The cockroaches there were ridiculous.I have video proof of how many dead and alive cockroaches.. There was also clothing left behind from the previous family that was in there. Nothing about our experience was won
