Do you every get that feeling.....like.....someone.....is out to get you? This Doctor and his staff are! His wife, the office manager is extremely rude and will just hang up. Dr. Oibo feels it is standard of care to have information about a broken bone and not let you know for 10 days until when you have a follow up appointment and pay the money first. He is then upset (to the point of trembling in the exam room) when questioned why he wouldn't inform you sooner. Do not use this Doctor if you want REAL medical care! They don't even deserve one star.

Doc is very knowledgeable about his diagnosis! I been there about 3 years and at first there were problems with receptionist, African American woman who were very rude and confrontational, never wanted to do what’s her job curtailed, she told me to call around and find and referral for several months and I complained and I believe she has since been removed, “Renee”, and the person in there now are super great, I love my doc and their staff! Five stars excellent service

CAREFUL! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $40 FEE EVEN WITH 24 HOUR NOTICE! & THEN DROP YOU IF YOU TRY TO DISPUTE IT! I called 24 hours in advance to reschedule my appointment and they said they would charge me a $40 fee because of "same day" appointment cancel!! MY APPOINTMENT WASN'T UNTIL THEY NEXT DAY!!! I tried to tell her this and she said they would STILL charge me! (My in-laws are SICK that's the reason I was rescheduling! 24 in advance mind you). Customer service was HORRIBLE! I said well I can't pay a extra $40 for no reason I called 24 hours in advance! She said well then we will have to drop you! SO- I said you know, I don't want a doctor that will do this to me and treat me this way! So go ahead and I will find a new doctor! Please be careful when choosing a Doctor reconsider your choice i

I hired Dr. Oibo to be our family Physician about 1994. He has been our family Physician - seeing my Mother-in-law, my husband and I as well as our children while they were growing up. We have referred him to our dearest friends, some of whom he has saved their life by early detection of a disease. For us there is no other Physician. He is dedicated to his profession, not for the money, but for the ability to help others. His wife, Mercy, follows alongside him offering counseling. We have been told she is quite good at her profession. He has done a fine job helping to keep us healthy.
