If you're looking for a great dentist, make this your go-to! I've been coming here for several years, and my dental care has always been exceptional. Dr. Cheng is incredibly thorough, takes the time to explain all options, and always has a great pair of fresh kicks on! The hygienist, Katie, is equally meticulous. After my last cleaning, I was getting compliments from strangers about how beautiful my smile was! A++ service all around. The office staff, including the manager and dental assistants, are also super friendly, professional, and make every visit a pleasant experience.

If I wanted to rate this dentist office as a whole, I would give it 3 stars but I am not. One star is the maximum I can give to this dentist because I am not considering his education which is fine. I am considering the amount of care he considers for his patients. I am talking about my own experience which ended up costing me over $4000 dollars to deal with the consequences of Dr. Cheng's lack of care. You be the judge if I am right about him being more focused on taking advantage of my dental insurance remaining in my insurance account at the end of the year, rather than caring about the patients interests. This is a great dental studio. Excels t and caring staff. Often many questions to ensure understanding and feedback to me to inform me what process ia happening and my dental health. Easy to confirm and manage appointments so I don’t forget.

Have been coming to see Dr. Cheng for 5 years - had a few small procedures and multiple cleaning sessions. Dr. Cheng’s professionalism, care, and honesty is remarkable. Kim does amazing job cleaning and providing guidance for proper care. We moved 2 years ago and still drive 45 minutes to Design Dental for our dental care. Hands down, this is the best dentist in Houston.

Dr. Hao Cheng and the Design Dental staff always put me at ease and confident in their ability and professionalism. My husband and I have been their patients now for several years and really like them a lot. Dr. Cheng is very accommodating. He saw me on a non-clinic day when I had issues with my temporary crown. I highly recommend them.
