Desert Palms Physical Therapy

My experience at Desert Palms has been totally positive!! Marcus is so knowledgeable and helpful and kind. He has helped me immeasurably! Matt is also knowledgeable and helpful and kind and helped me greatly. I am also grateful to all the techs who worked with me so patiently. Even though therapy was hard work, I enjoyed the humor displayed by all of the "team." As I finish up today, I am so grateful for being able to walk and do all related activities easily and with no pain, discomfort, or anxiety. The people at the front desk have been so helpful in setting up my appointments that worked into my schedule and convenience. They were always friendly and welcoming at my appointments. I highly recommend Desert Palms to anyone needing physical therapy.

I went to Desert Palms PT on La Cholla for shoulder and knee issues. I was lucky enough to get the PT team of Kristen and Matt who worked with me over several months. I’d not heard of having a two-person team and it worked extremely well. Each has a slightly different approach to the PT process (both excellent) and I feel I got the best of two worlds. I tried to schedule my appointments so they rotated between the two of them. After each appointment notes were put in my record of issues I had been having and what was done to fix them. I always came to a session with notes of issues I was experiencing when doing my exercises at home. If there was an exercise that didn’t work for me (due to any physical limitations), I would get another version of it that worked better for me. Kris
