Desert Oasis Eye Care

I really love the whole office. Dr. Parot (Puh-ROH) has always been spot-on with my prescriptions and plus, he’s extremely personable. Talking to him, you’d think you were talking to Vince Scully. The two medical assistants are also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. But a particular shout-out to the opticians. I normally see Mike, and he knows everything. He had a whole career doing the same work in the Air Force before joining the staff here and is a graduate of their training program, which is renowned. You may pay a little more, but I highly recommend that you get your glasses from them rather than a big-box store. The expertise is worth it. Plus, they have a liberal returns and fix-it policy that far exceeds anything you’d get from a store.

I’ve been going to Desert Oasis Eye Care for several years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Dr. Parot is fabulous! He’s very thorough and doesn’t push unnecessary stuff on his customers. My prescription hasn’t changed in 4-5 years and there’s been no pressure to get new glasses. I recently had a medical issue with my right eye and he got me in the day after I contacted his office. The majority of the time I’ve been a customer, he didn’t accept my insurance but I went to him anyway because he’s that good. His staff is wonderful to work with, always super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Desert Oasis.

I had to change eye doctors due to insurance change and happen to come across this office. Obviously a bit skeptical because they had such a high star rating but figured I’d give it a shot since it was super close to where I live. I’m so glad I did. Everyone in the office is so friendly and made me feel welcome. They have a pretty good selection of frames as well. I was recently in there because I felt like my prescription was a bit off and when I walked in the place was remodeled (it was fine before but now it’s just updated!) Anyways, in chatting with the do, I come to find out that he used all local people (most were actually customers) to do the remodel! You can tell they really care about their customers and you’re not just another number to them. It’s nice to find a place like that t

The people working here were genuinely so kind and helpful I would 100 percent recommend going here!!!! I was very nervous when I went in getting my first pair of glasses and fist time taking eye exams but by the end I felt very calm and comfortable! Definitely go here!!!

This place is the best! I have been coming here for 20 years now. The Dr. and his staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. I just brought my daughter in and she now needs some glasses, and she felt so comfortable after seeing Dr. Parot. I would highly highly highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family!
