Saw Dr Felix for laser treatment for blurry lens after cataract surgery or 2 years. Arrived 30 minutes early to make sure paperwork etc. was in order. Saw Dr Felix. Her assistant was very nice and very professional. Good experience. Office staff was helpful

Dr. Rosen is a good DR. Other then that not impressed with the office staff. The waiting for my appointment is horrible!! If you have me waiting tell me why!!!? I'm on time for my appointment!!! ! It's rude to have people waiting and nobody says anything!! Makes me mad😡 no consideration for my time!!! You know the DR is running late. Let me know!! You text me about everything else!!

Felt very stressed while watching the staff interact with an upset patient, it was a Friday when they close early so there seem to be a focus on getting patient out and less focus on customer service my experience with the optician there is more like a mill then an eye care center, and some of the staff could use some training on how to handle difficult situations, I will go elsewhere in the future for my eyeglass needs

Dr Rosen took my eye health seriously and was a kind person.

Denise at the reception is very nice and efficient!
