Dr. William should not be working with children. He labeled my daughter as “uncooperative” and refused to continue services, but my daughter simply likes to talk. She is a very friendly little girl and naturally a talker. He said he would not work on a child who behaves that way. He also told me that what I consider a well-behaved or compliant child is not the same definition he uses. Before this incident, he told me my daughter had four cavities. I asked how serious they were because at the previous visit I had been told to just keep an eye on them. When I asked about this, he responded by saying that “watching them” is poor dentistry and that he does not believe in that approach. Dr William should not work with children if he has no patience. Dr Williams was very annoyed that my 6 year old daughter was a bit scared and made it very Clear and known with out saying much . He is very rude and not passionate for children . I pulled out all 5 of my kids . I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I came here with a daughter that was absolutely terrified of the idea of a dentist they were so sweet soon as we walked in they made sure to make my babygirl feel comfortable on her first visit she loved it i definitely recommend! 😃💗

Super recommended! Best dental experience for my 6 yr old daughter! From the front staff to the ladies in the rooms treating my daughter’s teeth. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the sweet girls at the front desk & our waiting time was around 5 min. Absolutely all this ladies were patient super sweet & professional. I didn’t sleep thinking my daughter’s procedure would probably be traumatic but turned out the opposite. The ladies made her feel safe & comfortable she cooperated through the whole process. I waited for her in the lobby & my baby was out in 30 min. My teenage daughter likes coming here as well. I will keep my girls in this dental office from now on. The dentist Nicholas Williams is not compassionate or personable whatsoever. When my daughter (5yo) needed work done and was obviously very scared, he told her “you are going to disappoint your parents if you don’t open your mouth” which I found very unsettling. He hardly talks to the kids or even attempts to make them feel comfortable and safe. The dentist is a scary place even for an adult and showing some compassion or empathy is very important when dealing with children. He also told my husband “ this why you should talk to your kids” not sure what that even is pertaining to especially considering he makes no effort to talk to or make his patients feel safe.
