"I had a disappointing experience at this dermatologist clinic. When I called for directions, the staff member sounded annoyed and hung up abruptly. Upon arrival, I was required to provide my ID and credit card, which were scanned into their system because the construction needed to be paid at front (I guess just in case you run out without paying). I was then instructed to wait. After a significant delay, I was informed that Dr. Torres was unavailable, and I would be seen by Dr. Alissa Godman instead. After Dr treated my plantar warts, I asked Dr. Alissa about my hair loss, she responded rudely, stating that I was only allowed to discuss two issues per visit and if I had other questions I needed to make a new appointment. The staff pressured me into scheduling an appointment on the spot

Here to accompany my mother to an appointment and the receptionist was rude and told me to wait outside only the patient can be inside and waiting area was empty for them to say it’s crowed . The doctor could be nice but they have horrible front staff.

AVOID. I'm a primary care physician and Alyssa Gopman PA took a shave biopsy for my mother in April and their office refuses to release the results. Since her visit, she and her primary care provider have requested her results several times via fax, phone call, portal or email. They do not report "bad results" on their portal, and are forcing her to make an appointment, which she is attempting to avoid after they inappropriately billed her for an additional $500 despite claiming they take her insurance. They claim they sent her a certified letter, and they technically did, but all the letter said was to make an appointment.

Doctor is fine, but front desk girls are rude and disrespectful on the phone and in person. They need to learn some manners and take some customer service training .

I have such an amazing experience with Dr Maria Nunez . I have been to plenty dermatologist and all they is give me a million of expensive products that do not work ! She sat me down and give me two products and thoroughly explain to me how to use them as well as made sure they were covered by my insurance. Ive seen plenty of negative reviews on the receptionist... but I haven’t experience none of that in my visits she is always welcoming and friendly when I walk in. I will definitely recommend this dermatology office.
