Been coming here for years for my family and have always been more than satisfied. Great staff that works here and whenever I or my family need some kind of medication, we always come here. Plus they have a department for stair lifts and other equipment for any kind of assistance you may need.

Horrible experience..... You can barely get in touch with a live person and when you do, their attitude is reprehensible. They denied me for a claim that my insurance approved. I called the back with an approval numbers only to find out that they denied me based upon their approval process and weren't not going to submit for my dme equipment.... this is after waiting 2 months PLEASE STAY AWAY.... GO TO A REPUTABLE PHARMACY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAFF

I used Dermer Pharmacy since 2002 long time to really talk about it . All the Staff they are so polite and professional the drivers ,and Mr Jo Saputo !!! No Complaint I give Him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ EXCELLENT JOB done . Thank you DERMER 🙏🏻🙋❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This pharmacy is horrible. The staff incompetent and nasty. They could care less if you are in pain. They don't do their job and instead of trying to fix, they would rather have you lose time off of work or go elsewhere. I am currently filing a complaint with GHI. They have no desire to fix their screw ups.

Really nice staff, especially the pharmacist. They also have a lot of medicines that I couldn't find anywhere else. They're fast and deliver too.
