Made me wait 30minutes before telling me that they cant see me for another 1.5 hours. This is because I went around 5minutes late to the appointment. It is fine if they cant see me because I went late but they should have given me the info. I was just waiting for 30min and had to ask what is happening before they told me this. How many times have doctors made us wait? No proper communication! This is not a review for the doctors abilities. It is for the staff in dermatologist department.

I scheduled an appointment with this clinic for a specific treatment on the referral of another doctor I had with Sutter. I called ahead of the appointment to verify that they would be able to provide the treatment prescribed by the doctor who referred me to this clinic. They confirmed that yes, I would be receiving that treatment. I come to my appointment with Dermatology on 12/6 and once I'm already in the room with the doctor, she tells me that they NO LONGER provide that treatment (but then proceeds to sell me on other, pseudoscientific treatments that other doctors have told me don't work). I, of course, refused all of those options and left the appointment. Nevertheless, Sutter charged my insurance, who then sent me the balance. And I never did get the treatment that, once again, the

The appointments are very rushed. I was recommended by a dermatologist at this location a simple cosmetic laser procedure for a small issue, with a different doctor because he did not do them; the receptionist refused to make the appointment for the said procedure without a consult, even if I had just had the consult, insisted on making an appointment with the second dermatologist that makes the laser procedure. Stupidly I agreed, thinking I would potentially discuss other issues. On the second appointment, after telling the nurse what I was there for, I was asked if I want the laser then and there, which I did, I was taken to another room the doctor came in, and she did it. Didn't even get a band aid after the laser, I think the nurse forgot because I remembered afterwards the doctor in

I had a great experience at this department both Dr. Haddock and her Medical assistant Sara Dias were both very kind & helpful! Thank you for a smooth appointment :-)

Do not go here if you want to save money. I was charged nearly 2k for a 30 minutes visit and there is no clear pricing upfront
