I had a great experience here from start to finish. Was able to get in quickly for a follow up, warm, welcoming and professional staff. Dr. Robert Murgia couldn’t be any nicer and is so sharp and helpful. Highly recommend, esp for those dealing with psoriasis or eczema.

I highly recommend this practice. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Mendese is outstanding. The atmosphere is spa like and very clean. The location in Peabody is very convenient and parking is not a problem.

I was fortunate to come across Dr Mendese years ago. More recently through DSH in Peabody. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of care he provides. That level of care extends throughout his staff. From scheduling to exam to surgery this facility is great. And those that walk the halls make it happen. Always such a pleasure being greeted by Julie & Isabelle.

Have been going here for several years! I have been very happy with the excellent medical care and patient care! The doctors and skin care specialists are terrific! The front desk is very friendly and helpful! I have had an easy time getting appointments! I would highly recommend! Plenty of parking! The office is in the back of the building. Drive all the way around!

Great care from Dr. Michelle Ryder and her assistant: the visit and prescription were excellent. Days before the appointment, I had already sent the front and back of my insurance card, yet the office messaged me only through the Klara app (which I wasn’t familiar with) to say they couldn’t find my info. At checkout I was charged more than my copay, and staff didn’t suggest billing my insurance first despite knowing I had coverage. I paid the full amount and later realized it should’ve gone through insurance. Clinical care was outstanding, but front-desk communication and billing felt unhelpful and misleading.
