Dermatology Physicians of Plano

My first time here and I had a great experience. No wait at all, and April is just lovely. Having a full body scan is not fun but she was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. In addition she addressed a few other concerns I had about redness in my face and an issue on my hand and already the medications she prescribed are working!

Was a great practice but Dr. Paek (who is AMAZING) opened up her own new practice and for months I have been trying to get my records sent to her there and it still hasn't been done. The Dallas office has been no help either, and I don't even know what the current hours are - if any - for this location or if they closed it down entirely once she left. 5 stars for Dr. Paek, 4 stars for the practice in general, 1 star for not responding to Paek's patients and/or transferring their data over as promised.

April did an excellent job with my Skin Examination. Froze numerous skin cancers, and biopsied two spots, one which was a Squamous Cell Carcinoma. That has since been removed by MOHS and I will definitely be back for my follow up visits.

Horrible experience and I didn’t even get to make an appointment. My doctor sent referral twice and they said they never received it. I then called and talked with Deborah at the Plano office, and gave her the authorization code from my doctor, and she was extremely rude.She basically told me that wasn’t good enough, and refused to reach out to my doctor to get the referral situation straightened out. 3rd time I spoke with her and she was rude each time. You can tell she doesn’t want to be there. I will have my doctor refer me to an office that actually cares about their patients. I suggest you do the same.
