Consistently having the patient wait well past scheduled appointment times. When you are sitting in the exam room in your underwear for 20+ minutes as you most likely will be, you will have time to notice the dingy and well worn floor mats, furniture and fixtures in the room. Staff shoes look like the same shoes she wears to mow her lawn in. Generally not a good experience.

Scheduled my first appointment for tomorrow after being unsuccessful with other providers in the area who are grossly overbooked. The office staff was courteous on the phone and very accommodating and knowledgeable on the process of transferring as a new patient. They took the time to provide me with all of the information I needed and I really appreciate that!

This place is very disappointing. The office staff/receptionists are some of the nastiest people I've ever had to deal with it. You’d think at any level of healthcare, proper etiquette and care for patient well-being would be priorities, not here! The receptionists could care less about the patients. Any interaction with the receptionists, from checking in to your visit to calling for an appointment, will leave you feeling belittled and frustrated. The receptionists are an embarrassment, and all the owners/doctors here should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such abhorrent conduct from their staff. Was ignoring the negative reviews and only focused on the positive ones when selecting this practice. I have always had positive experiences with making appointments over the phone but this time was different. I should of listened to the negative reviews regarding the unpleasantness of the office staff because this is exactly what I experienced also. What a shame since many reviews seem to reflect positively on the Doctors who practice here.
