Went in to have a professional take a look at a cyst or ingrown hair in my thigh, and dermatitis on my face and scalp. Visits: Langston spent 4 minutes with me (maybe less). She looked at my face and scalp, when I asked her to take a look at my thigh, she said "let's schedule a full body exam for that" but wouldn't take a look. Several months later, the full body exam lasted a whole 3 minutes. BTW.. I still don't know what I have on my thigh, nothing came out of the full body exam and my dermatitis didn't improve with what she prescribed. Reddit helped me better. Billing: I paid the first visit, no complain... but for the second visit, I never received a bill, but I did get a collection agency text message (with a letter in it) for a whopping $78.68 include late fees! I have been Dr Bene’s patient for several times during recent years. Natalie is an experienced and knowledgeable doctor. If you need real treatment and true diagnosis - it is here. In case of skin problems correct diagnosis is key. Dr Bene has excellent education and very challenging professional experience. Impressed.

Wanda at the front desk took my insurance card, copied it, and I had my consultation. I then returned for surgery and a follow-up visit. I scheduled a full-body check for a month or two later. Got a reminder call the day before. Showed up for the appointment and they told me they would not see me because Wanda made a mistake and they don't accept my insurance. I was told I'd have to pay the $2791 for the skin cancer surgery they did, and that they would not give me any type of credit. Now the amount is in collections. Next up, small claims court.

The absolute worst customer service. Simply needing to get a prior authorization thru insurance for a prescription they wrote takes months (on not one, but two occasions.) Office 'sends notes back to the doctors' but 'can't promise the doctors will return calls' is unacceptable. I do not recommend this office as they are very unhelpful.
