I just wanted to say that y'all have some of the best check in people. I was there a few weeks ago for an appointment with a young PA, I think her name was Vita, and she was great too. Super nice and easy to talk to. What really made me want to leave this review though was the front desk staff. I’ve had a couple other doctors appointments recently and honestly the people at the front were dry and kind of rude. It makes such a difference when you walk in somewhere and feel welcomed instead of like you’re bothering them. The check in people here are so nice. I wish I could remember their names. It was a girl with dark hair and a guy working up front. At one point a really rude man was basically yelling at both of them and they handled it so gracefully. I was impressed. My family and myself have been patients for many years and have always been very well taken care of. Dr. Music, Dr. Lagrew, and Ms. Adkins are great. They're super knowledgeable and personable. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The new facility is beautiful and clean. Can't recommend the practice enough.

Made me feel like family from the first visit. Very professional and efficient. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Dr Marion and Vida are amazing. Made an appt to see Vida next month and am going to recommend it to all those I love. Thanks for taking such good care of me!

I just have to say that the front office staff is probably one of the best I have encountered. I spoke to both Karen and Ian. They were both so friendly and kind. I had so many questions and they were able to answer them all. I unfortunately, I could not make an appointment due to my insurance. It was a long day of figuring out insurance and who took what. After calling several places in Lex, they were probably the only ones that were kind enough to answer a few simple questions. I understand they did not have to, but they still did.

My 2nd time visiting and just have really had great experiences both times. The space is open, bright and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Technology made check in super easy and it was very timely! Highly recommend.
