Dermatology Center of Winchester

Visited this clinic 6 or so months ago, visit was well, skin issue for visit was resolved. Clinic's 3rd party billing provider sent me to collections without ever delivering a statement or invoice for anything. Upon contacting DCoW they advised they had changed billing providers, they had been contacted by others as well with the same issue and that I had to contact a 3rd party to resolve this on my own. They provided a name and number, after multiple attempts to contact the 3rd party I've received no return call or correspondence. The lack of communication on everyone's part is now my problem to resolve and I don't appreciate that.

Sarah Bryd and her team are phenomenal! They are very warm and inviting. Sarah and her assistant explain everything so that you understand it and makes sure all your questions are answered. Very knowledgeable and reassuring. My son and I love this office and are so grateful to have found them.

My son sees Byrd . She is amazing . She has good bedside manner. Listens to her patients problems. My son has been dealing with a bad rash since he was an infant . All doctors kept saying he had eczema. Bryd decided in February to do a biopsy which he had only seen her three times . She did a biopsy come to find out he has psoriasis and put him on a new injection. Now he can finally get some relief. Thank god for her 🙏❤️. We are blessed to have her and the new office in Winchester,VA . Great office and staff.

Professional, considerate and outstanding care from the office staff. I totally trust this establishment/staff with all my skin care & needs. My family had been followed by Sarah in her previous place of practice, and are so grateful to be able to continue doing so.
