Dr and nurses are outstanding! Tracy in insurance is about the rudest person I’ve dealt with! Didn’t explain that I had to pay a deductible for 2025 and my procedure was in 2026 ? Why wasn’t I billed in 2025 after the visit in ? I told I was just trying to understand why ? She accused me of disrespecting her ? I had a witness saying I wasn’t rude just trying to understand why! She went on to say I’ve been her 25 years so if you pay ur bill , which I did ! Tracy ( Karen) need a class in custom service and I don’t care if she’s been there 25 years !!!

We see Dr. Katie at the Corinth office and she is been so wonderful! No complaints for this establishment at all! Huge shout out to the Biologics Coordinator, Maggie at the Tupelo office. We have had the most issues ever with insurance. Maggie has gone above and beyond every time I have reached out to her! Such a gem and I just wanted to give her a little recognition!

When I first went I had told them I was still recovering from cellulitis on my face. Then they continued to give me products that made my skin flakey and more sensitive. I felt like I wasn’t being listened to at all.

The doctor is efficient and easy to talk to… HOWEVER his staff could use a little more consideration and concern… was disappointed in attitude of attending nurse/helper. She was rude and it was her way or no way… great doctor, not do good nurse. I recommend The doctor.

We had a first class experience today, from the front desk staff to PA, Dr. Hannah who was efficient and knowledgeable. Brittany was so joyful and attentive, she made it fun to be at the doctors office! We were in and out within 45 minutes. Also the new facility is comfortable and aesthetic. Highly recommend
