This office was amazing. We went on a snowy day and they made sure the parking lot was good to go. The staff was so accommodating. My son has autism and a hard time holding still they put me in a private room to fill out our paperwork which was all done electronically and I was even able to pay for the visit with the same device. They were very pleasant to work with and the office is beautifully done. Thank you for your kindness. Highly recommended them. I drove from Williamsburg a hour away because I couldn’t find anyone who could see my son locally it was worth the drive.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday. I took my son in for a treatment for acne consultation. I had admittedly had some difficulty finding the location but once I got to it I felt bad because I was learning about 12 minutes late. One of the things I really impressed me is no one made a big deal about it they filled out all my paperwork and right when I was done they called me back I waited what seems like less than 30 seconds for the medical assistant to come in and then after she left the doctor was in immediately she shook my hand shook my son's hand and then directly spoke with him about his care which was very rar but awesome. Her visit was brief but concise and we left feeling very well informed. Wonderful practice that clearly values the patient experience.

I was seen by several doctors for persistent rashes at the Reynolds Crossing practice from 2020 to 2022. One doctor looked at my rashes and told me point-blank to my face: "I don't know what that is," and prescribed a fungal cream, which did not resolve the issue. I went back a few months later, and the second doctor I saw believed the rashes to either be eczema or psoriasis, but did not know (or attempt to biopsy) which issue I was facing. For the span of about 2 years I was prescribed a regimen of stronger and stronger steroidal creams, which did not resolve the issue. This doctor told me I would only be prescribed creams for psoriasis and eczema, and there were no other treatments available. I had an appointment with Mrs. Michele Rhoe and I am absolutely thrilled with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, she was not only incredibly professional but also so kind and friendly. Every time I visit, she is consistently warm and welcoming, which makes each appointment a pleasure. It’s so enjoyable to talk to her, and she takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and explain everything in great detail. I always leave feeling completely at ease and confident in her care.
