Laura S is the best !! I had the pleasure of meeting her she was amazing and so informative I can't wait for my appointment !!! I would highly recommend her because of her knowledge and sweet personality!!!

During my visit, I noticed that staff were announcing patients’ full dates of birth out loud in the waiting area. This raised privacy concerns for me, since medical information (like date of birth) is considered protected health information under HIPAA. I feel that patient information should be handled more discreetly.

Unfortunately my experience was not positive. Everyone was rushing, both the doctor’s assistant and the doctor don’t really seem to care about the patient. They would occasionally cut you off before you finish your sentence. You would feel like they speak at 2X speed. I understand that doctors are busy and they can’t spend extensive time with each patient. I think for the 10 minutes we spend with the doctor, it’s fair to expect more rigorous care. Maybe consider booking fewer appointments with your patients in order to increase the time and quality of the care. Sincerely.

A good thorough skin check by PA Laura Helsing and friendly receptionists. However - They didn’t call me back until 30 minutes past my appointment time. Then - they made me go back and sit in the waiting room for an additional 10 minutes which was just frustrating and annoying. Hopefully next time they’re able to keep on time and I would happily give 5 stars!

This review could be colored by fact that when we showed up in Cambridge, we were told the visit was in Concord even though my wife had the confirmation paper, and with 42 minutes traffic from Cambridge to Concord getting there was not an option. The front desk staff (?Caroline) was really understanding. She nicely checked in my 9yo son for appointment and asked us if we had school and work (yes and yes), and let us know that most doctors were already booked and there was an emergency coming in, but said she would try to help us. My son and I started to play chess while we waited and probably <10 minutes later we were escorted to the exam room!
