Dr. Koulin Chou is a passionate, competent and very thorough skin doctor. I went to see her for my rash. She took care of the rush area, and then she pointed a dark spot and asked me with authority to have it removed and examined by a pathologist. It turned up a precancerous lesion. Not just Dr. Chou is a wonderful Doctor, her staffs are all very patient and nice. She runs a well-rounded beautiful office. I would recommend Dr. Chou to anyone with no reservation.

Dr. Chou's passion for her work, and her dedication to her patients, were a godsend to me. I am thankful for her early diagnosis of melanoma and helping us get rapid treatment at Penn. Thank you!

Staff was very kind even when I made a follow up appt. Dr. Sloan gave me antibiotics to help with a small cyst on my face. So far it has mostly healed. Looking forward to the second visit.

Dr Sloan was so sweet and very helpful. Will definitely be visiting again in the future if I need to!
