Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery

Very pleasant visit. It was my first time visiting a dermatologist. The ENTIRE staff was so friendly and happy. They put me at ease instantly. Dr. Serralta was very friendly, informative, comforting, and nice. All my questions were fully answered. The few cosmetic procedures I opted for (removing skin tags, etc.) were handled so well. I’m so glad I came here. Thanks to everyone!

Didn’t feel like the skin cancer screening was very thorough especially from other clinics experiences and was charged $35 copay for insurance PLUS charged around $150 to have two very small warts frozen off my hand for a few seconds because it’s considered a “procedure” was told it’s not part of my copay , that was a first. #ThisIsAmerica

Place is suspicious. They told me everything was covered with my insurance, then after doing the procedure I was charged over 200 dollars. Then I asked why and they stated my insurance doesn't cover that part of the procedure. So I asked for a copy of what my insurance covered. The lady behind the desk says she can't give it to me right now, it will be sent via email. Guess what I never received it. I don't recommend going here, if you do make sure you ask detailed information, it seems like there is always a catch.

I went in for a skin condition that had left me feeling hopeless and saw Dr Baker. She didn’t seem concerned and diagnosed me within seconds which turned out to be a wrong diagnosis. I went back because things were getting worse and saw Dr Serralta. She was kind and knowledgeable. I really wish I could have seen her first and she did get a correct diagnosis. After feeling so dismissed from my first visit I decided to go elsewhere for future care.

I am very impressed with this clinic from start to finish. It was a little hard getting ahold of them to schedule because everytime I called to schedule I had to leave a voicemail and when the office would return my call I was working and unable to answer. This happened 3 times. However, once I was scheduled everything was very smooth. They were able to get me in quickly. They are privately owned which is a huge bonus to me because you don't feel like just another number or that you're being herded through the system. The paperwork is short and simple, not 25 pages like some healthcare offices these days. They called me back within 10 minutes of my arrival. The front desk was friendly and efficient, the nurse was knowledgeable and kept me informed of next steps, the doctor was personable a
