Dermatology Affiliates (East Cobb)

This was my 1st visit and it was great. They took me in at my appointment time. No waiting around like most doctor’s offices. The staff were friendly and informative. And Dr. Shetty was very thorough and explained everything. Great bedside manner. I have several issues and she explain each of them in great detail and was very informative about the potential outcomes. I highly recommend Dermatology Affiliates and Dr. Shetty.

Booking my appointment was easy, and the reminders were helpful without being intrusive. The exam itself was thorough, and the provider took time to answer every question thoughtfully, which I really appreciated. What truly stood out, though, was the check-out experience. The staff member assisting me was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to help me work through my insurance and find the most affordable way to settle the bill. I felt supported every step of the way and am genuinely happy with all aspects of my care.

Great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Katie Quinley, PA, to all my friends and family. I was unfortunately stuck in terrible traffic and arrived late to my appointment. Initially, I was told I could not be seen, but the amazing ladies at the front desk worked their magic and were able to fit me in. I am so incredibly thankful for their kindness and help — truly a blessing. Katie Quinley was fantastic. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease. I can’t recommend her enough.

I had my 1st appt with Dr. Anita Shetty and her team. I was a little nervous as to what to expect because I've never really saw a dermatologist for my issues with my face. The front desk staff was very welcoming and prompt. I was checked in right away and my wait time was no more than about 3 mins if that long. The asst grabbed me from the waiting area and we did an assessment for the doctor to have a little more knowledge about my concerns. Dr. Shetty came in, very welcoming as well. I left feeling heard. She recommended a few items for me to purchase and we will watch for progress and discuss at my next visit.

I called about a minor skin issue. An appointment was scheduled for 3 business days after I called. I arrived 30 minutes early and was almost immediately admitted and taken by the nurse, Allie Shiff, to a treatment room. The PA, Caroline Lee, arrived about 15 - 20 minutes later. She entered the room with a smile. She was kind, professional and provided relevant information about the procedure and billing. I didn’t feel any pain and was released a few minutes after the procedure was over. I had a very positive experience with the entire staff but especially with Allie and Caroline who made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Thank you!
