Calling the Office for a possible appointment was easy for a new patient. It did tell me they accepted my insurance only for me to arrive and find out they did not! But they were more than accommodating! Loved Amy and her nurse. Quick and very focused on me!! As a new patient to call and get in the next day was a bonus!! Highly recommend them!

My first experience with this office was very positive. I found the entire staff super efficient snd helpful. My concerns were addressed with knowlegable answers, and kindness. I'm so happy to have found this practice, and look forward to establishing my future care with them.

They are always fast at getting you into your appointment, and yet Dr. Amy takes her time to look at any issues you are having with your skin. They are professional but have excellent bedside manner. I have sent co-workers here and they are very pleased as well. We drive out of our way to come here from Springboro. Highly recommend.

The office staff is always friendly and available for questions. My appointments are always on time and I never feel rushed. These days it is so hard to find a Dr that wants to know you as a person and makes you feel truely cared for. Thank you Dr Amy.

Like this review, visit was short & sweet. No waiting upon arrival nor the dreaded long-wait in the exam room. Emily was thorough and fantastic as always! No delays leaving either. Have not had any billing issues in the past nor scheduling challenges. Could not ask for more!
