Dermatological Care

I'm shocked they have anything less than 5 stars. Excellent office staff and doctor. They got me in and addressed all my concerns timely and efficiently. Ive been to another well known dermatologist in Arnold and this was by far way better. If you're looking for a new dermatologist I'd say get yourself established here!

HORRIBLE first experience. The doctor was short, dismissive, cold, and rude. I was very nervous to make this appointment, as it took a lot for me to even go in. I was there for a routine skin check but also wanted to discuss another issue which is personal and hard to talk about. Unfortunately I felt dismissed and even worse. She was rude to me as well as her nurse (who was so sweet and kind) which made the entire appointment unprofessional and uncomfortable. She told the nurse she wouldn't discuss my other issue I was there for and it's a separate appointment and walked out the door! I had to ask the nurse about the after care of my appointment that the doctor left without discussing. I absolutely love Derm Care - amazing doctors, PA’s and NP’s, incredible and caring staff, friendly and kind front desk - it’s always been an amazing office and as they grow and add more doctors it just gets better and better! I have referred so many family members to Derm Care and also go there myself! I absolutely love my daxxify from Dr Tinker at my most recent visit - I have never had such amazing tox! Been going here a few years, always got taken care of. They went above and beyond after my insurance gave me the run around. My prescription is over $3k a month. Thanks to them I'm on a program that costs me nothing. Nothing. Thank you guys for taking care of me. I'd never stop itching without you.
