Be careful going here, because my limition allergic western meds not lot of options nightmare getting trasportation. Doesn't return call doctor changes eye drop 30 to 45 days when you tell them its not enough doesn't even last a month. No compassion i pray karma does rest .kind soul universe will blesses gotta balance, been going to this place since 2022 lable glaucoma suspect, end of nov 2025 I found out I have it and its very scary because I can go blind in month doctor keep changing that off and front lies and doesn't accommodation doesn't use patients portal 3 migraine cant hear constant vowels sensitive sound too bad.

The entire staff was amazing and the doctor was professional, respectful, kind, and listened to my issues without coercing me to do uncessary extras. He also came up with a suggestion that could be life changing for my vision! So grateful! I just moved here a year ago and am pleased to find me a new eye doctor. I'll definitely be referring them to my friends & family!!

Friendly and knowledgeable team of medical professionals. I enjoyed interacting with each of the team members. I liked that the office had a warm and welcoming vibe (the staff actually seemed like they enjoyed coming to work). Let's not forget to mention, their complinentary snack and beverage "bar". I would absolutely give them a 5-star recommendation. I also liked that they keep some time slots open for new patients appointments- they scheduled me for the following day. Who wants to wait 2 weeks to see a doctor? not me...

Professionals who know what they are doing and don't mess around. No time wasted! In and out!

I am completely satisfied with Dr. Jacobsen and staff. They are kind, thorough and very pleasant to deal with. I feel that my eye issues and in good hands and will continue my treatment there for many years to come!
