Depew Orthodontics

This is our third child with braces but the first time going with Depew. Their offices are top notch and they really do make the kids Comfortable. Chloe helped us today and she really is amazing, she took the time to explain everything to me and my son. The Dr. also took the time to explain the situation. All this with a last minute appointment. Great experience everytime. And there are free cookies....I mean come on!

I have been bringing my daughter to Dr.Depew for over a year now, and every appointment has been wonderful. The office is always clean and spacious. The workers have always been kind, understanding, and patient with my child. I highly recommend!

As an adult, I never thought I'd be at the orthodontist again, but life happens, and after an injury, I was back in the exam chair. The experience was wonderful. The appointment started right on time, the coordinator gave me a tour of the office (lots of cool things for the kids!) and a lot of state of the art equipment. The exam was easy and the consultation was thorough and easy to follow. I was provided with several options and once I decided on the treatment plan designed for my preferences, it was a go! The staff was great. Everyone I encountered was friendly and smiling. It appears they love what they do! Can't say enough good things about Dr. Depew and his staff. I would recommend this practice to everyone, young and old.

My braces experience was honestly a nightmare from start to finish. During the whole process, I ended up seeing five different orthodontist , every few months there was someone new, and no one seemed to know what the last person had done. They even changed my treatment location, which made everything more confusing and frustrating. After all that time and money, my teeth are still not aligned, and some even look different sizes now. I trusted them to fix my smile, but instead I feel worse about it than before. There was no consistency, no proper follow-up, and zero accountability. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for braces. It’s been an exhausting and disappointing experience that I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through.
