I know it's impossible to get anyone on the SNAP office phone. You gotta go to the office on Oakwood. But I tell you, they're the best. I have always been treated kindly and with friendliness. Kudos to the entire team for getting my issue solved within a day.

The most absolute RUDEST ppl ever wkn there. Awful is best I can say about this place!!! They should really be ashamed at how they treat ppl. Karma is real!!!

If I could leave -5 stars I would. One of the worst offices to deal with in the state. The case worker put that a household member that hasn’t worked in over a month was working and had income even though I repeatedly stated he was not working and I was the sole income earner. I even had the letter stating he did not work for them anymore. Which by him purposely messing up our application made it get denied and I a pregnant disabled woman have to do my application all over again and struggle to eat for at least another month because that’s how long it takes them to even call you for an interview. Why do they do interviews anyways if they are just gonna put whatever they feel like putting on the application even if it’s not true. Then I tried to get ahold of the supervisor and she was extre

Worst place I’ve had to deal with in my life, Yu can’t get a hold of anyone,send emails,still no response place needs to have a total makeover from top to bottom.

How do these people expect for us to get things done properly or communicate properly if you start off with a 5 minute wait time and it goes to almost 3 hours!! What's the purpose of the call system if you can NEVER speak with a case worker and the automated service is downright awful-i honestly think it's set us to keep us from connecting with anyone so they can deny and refuse at the tip of their fingers bc of their lack of professionalism! This department needs to be audited and new case managers and management needs to be brought in!!!
